The Call is open to legal entities, including institutions, organisations, and enterprises, registered in one of the following countries: Austria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Republic of Moldova, Poland, Romania, Türkiye and Ukraine. 

The overall objective of the EIC Pathfinder for advanced research is to develop the scientific basis to underpin breakthrough technologies. It provides support for the earliest stages of scientific, technological or deep tech research and development. Pathfinder projects aim to build on new, cutting-edge directions in science and technology to disrupt a field and a market or create new opportunities by realising innovative technological solutions.

EIT Health is calling for innovative digital and AI-powered medical technologies that are at an Innovation Maturity Level (IML) 6 and ready for clinical validation and market launch. Selected projects will be awarded funding to run pivotal clinical studies, collect real-world evidence to demonstrate safety and efficacy, apply for regulatory approval, and prepare for market commercialisation.

The New Models to Deliver Healthcare (NMDH) Call aims to bridge the gap between proven, market-ready health solutions at Innovation Maturity Level (IML) 8 to 9 and their adoption in real-world healthcare systems. This call offers funding for collaborative, industry-led, payor-supported and patient-centric projects that implement and scale value-based healthcare models.

IHI call 12 will be an one-stage call for proposals with the following topics:

The aim of this call is to increase scientific understanding and evidence-based knowledge on emerging and re-emerging pathogens with pandemic potential as well as on the host responses triggered by infection in order to improve our capacity to anticipate, prevent and respond to infectious health threats through a multinational, collaborative and interdisciplinary approach that bridges research and development. The scope of the call is primarily addressing Priority 1 of the SRIA (Accelerate knowledge in a coordinated and integrative manner), focusing on the proposed Action 1.1 (Increase knowledge on understanding, identifying and addressing therapeutic targets on pathogens) and Action 1.2 (Increase knowledge on pathophysiology).

The purpose of the Female Heart – Clinical Research Grants is to enhance clinical understanding of sex-related differences in cardiovascular disease by fostering global collaborative research projects anchored in the Nordics (the main applicant must be anchored and have their primary employment and research group at a university, hospital, or other non-profit research institution in a Nordic country - Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland)

The EP PerMed Fast Track Programme 2026 offers targeted support to accelerate the validation and adoption of innovative personalised medicine solutions. The programme helps early-stage innovations progress by at least one Technology Readiness Level through dedicated validation studies carried out together with specialised European validation centres.

In 2026, the European Partnership for Brain Health will launch two Calls for Proposals for Multinational Translational Research Projects:

• Call 1: Biological, social and environmental factors that impact the trajectory of brain health across the lifespan – in the field of neurological, mental and sensory disorders
• Call 2: Biological, social and environmental factors that impact the trajectory of brain health across the lifespan – in the field of neurodegenerative disorders
