HNN 3.0 is a network that facilitates transnational cooperation between National Contact Points (NCPs) for Cluster 1 “Health” (CL1) with a view to identifying and sharing good practices and raising the general standard of support to potential applicants of Horizon Europe in the Health Sector. We aim to help CL1 NCPs in their daily work and support easier access to Horizon Europe calls, with a view to identifying and sharing best practices. Our services are tailor-made to the needs of NCP colleagues. Our main objectives are:
- To improve NCPs services across Europe to ensure that all clients get proper, tailored and consistent support within their respective country
- To nurture a real cooperation environment, based on respect and trust, where all NCPs are able to find a colleague with a certain expertise and feel confident for mutual support
- To improve the services of NCPs also by directly targeting the clients and meeting their needs
- To provide high value-added services that - based on the critical mass the network - can make HNN3.0 a strategic partner of the EC
- To raise awareness of the services of NCPs and the Network towards the clients
