MCSC Hospital Leadership Innovation is an international competition organized by the Institute of Mother and Child, supported by a network of hospitals from across Poland. Its goal is to identify and support the development of breakthrough solutions that set new standards in healthcare and medical facility management.

MCSC creates a dynamic ecosystem of collaboration between hospitals, academia, and technology partners — enabling rapid testing, implementation, and scaling of modern solutions that meet the current needs of the healthcare system.

AI Continent (DIGITAL-2026-AI-PILOTING-10)

The projects should demonstrate the integration and large-scale validation of cloud-based AI/GenAI systems, following a thorough assessment and testing over a large number of patient test cases in real healthcare settings. The proposers are expected to choose the types of health data, the AI/GenAI algorithms that are trustworthy and secure, and the medical use cases, with the focus disease areas being cancer and cardiovascular.

Advanced Digital Skills for AI Uptake in Health (DIGITAL-2026-SKILLS-10-DIGITAL-HEALTH-STEP)

The actions under this topic aim at tackling the lack of academic training offer in advanced digital skills in key digital areas, while triggering a new way of delivering education programmes and training, building partnerships between education and training providers, businesses and research across the EU, and supporting the digital skills necessary for the deployment of digital technologies in strategic sectors.

The HaDEA procurement HADEA/2026/OP/0019-PIN aims to ensure clinical trial preparedness for Filovirus (Marburg (MARV) and/or Ebola Sudan (SUDV)) outbreaks through the establishment of an EU-based reserve of investigational vaccines as a critical preparedness measure, given the sporadic yet high-consequence nature of these pathogens.
