Drafts of the call topics for the IHI Call 12 pre-published
|
The Innovative Health Initiative (IHI) pre-published the draft topics for Call 12. Five topics are currently planned for the single-stage Call 12, which will be finalized and published in the coming weeks. Applicants for this call can largely define their own topics, as long as they remain within the framework of the Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA). A brokerage event will take place in Brussels on November 4–5, 2025. The event aims to provide interested parties with the opportunity to network in person and form consortia. Pitching and poster sessions will also be offered, giving research organizations, patient groups, and companies the chance to present their expertise. Proposal for the multiannual financial framework published
|
On July 16, 2025, the European Commission published its proposals for the next Framework Programme for Research and Innovation, "Horizon Europe" (2028-2034), as well as for a new European Competitiveness Fund (ECF). The Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF), also presented, with a total volume of €2 trillion, allocates €175 billion for Horizon Europe and €409 billion for the ECF.
