ICPerMed and EP PerMed are organising their first joint conference, which will take place from 26 to 27 November 2025 in Prague (Czech Republic). The conference will celebrate the 10^th anniversary of the Council Conclusions on personalised medicine for patients and the first Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda on Personalised Medicine (2015).

Over the past 10 years, significant progress has been made in supporting personalised medicine at both the European and extra-European levels, thanks to efforts in policy development and the establishment of international collaborations.

The Conference will feature 3 sessions:

1. Celebrating the 10^th Anniversary of the SRIA and Council Conclusions on Personalised Medicine
2. Advancing Personalised Medicine through International Collaboration: 10 Years of Inspirations and Collaborations
3. Integrating Personalised Medicine Approaches into Clinical Practice: 10 Years of Strategy and Policy Development
