The Health NCP Network 3.0 has conducted the third Staff Exchange on 22^nd and 23^rd October 2025 hosted by the NCPs from Xjenza Malta offering a full day for those CL1 NCPs interested in exchanging good NCP practices and working methods. Participants had the opportunity to learn more about synergies between funds and the Widening Programme. The programme also included a visit to Xjenza Malta, the government agency responsible for promoting and coordinating scientific research, technological innovation, and science communication in Malta.

The fourth on-site NCP training was in Malta, on 23^rd and 24^th October 2024, back-to-back with the Staff Exchange event. The NCP Training focused on Valorisation of research results. This training provided CL1 NCPs with key insights into the valorisation of research results in Horizon Europe. It covered pathways to societal and economic impact, exploitation strategies, and available EU tools. Participants explored practical examples and common challenges from health-related projects. The Interactive sessions will strengthen NCPs’ capacity to guide applicants on impact and valorisation.
