Symposium of the National Contact Point for Life Sciences - From Horizon to Horizon (Cologne, DE)
This year the German National Contact Point Life Sciences hosted its annual National Symposium “From Horizon to Horizon” on Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe in Cologne. Addressing a wide cross-section of research stakeholders, the event took place on the 21st November 2018, at KOMED in Cologne.
Representatives of the European Commission of DG Research and Innovation (RTD) and of DG Communications Networks, Content & Technologypresented (CNECT) presented the upcoming calls in the area of health, bioeconomy and biotechnology. In the panel discussion, the most important policies, objectives and ideas underlying the European programme were discussed by the European Commission and other experts and successful applicants.
Throughout the event the participants also had many opportunities for partnering, networking and for the exchange of ideas.
